EXAMPLES OF OUR WORK
Visit your local Home Depot store where a Store Associate will help you select the water softener best suited for your needs. Payment for the water softener and installation will be paid to The Home Depot at this time. Once the purchase has taken place, a work order for installation will be generated and sent to Crew2.
Upon receiving the work order from The Home Depot, a representative from Crew2 will contact you to discuss your installation and schedule a date and time to install your new water softener.
On the day of installation, you can expect our crew to arrive on-time with their Home Depot Service Provider badge clearly displayed. They'll be respectful of your home and your time, and they will be prepared with the supplies and materials necessary to complete the job.
To ensure the best experience possible, make sure to look at this pre-installation checklist. While not every item may be applicable to your project, taking the steps you can before your installers arrive will ensure a smooth installation process.
- Ensure our installer has a clear path to the installation location
- You may be without water during the installation. Fortunately, this typically only takes 1-2 hours for most water softeners
- Keep children and pets out of the work area
After your installation has been completed you will receive a survey from The Home Depot. It’s a great opportunity to rate your experience with us! Our goal is to leave you feeling Very Satisfied and we hope you will rate our installation team as such.
