PURCHASE
Your local Home Depot store will assist you with product selection and purchasing installation. Payment can be made to The Home Depot at this time. Once the purchase has taken place, a work order for installation will be generated and sent to Crew2.
SCHEDULE
Upon receiving the work order from The Home Depot, a representative from Crew2 will contact you to schedule an installation date and time.
If your purchase includes delivery of material, we will make arrangements to bring the product to your home.
INSTALL
On the day of installation, you can expect our crew to arrive on-time with their Home Depot Service Provider badge clearly displayed. They will be respectful of your home and your time, and they will be prepared with the supplies and materials necessary to complete the job.
To ensure the best experience possible, make sure to look at this pre-installation checklist. While not every item may be applicable to your project, taking the steps you can before your installers arrive will ensure a smooth installation process.
- Ensure our installer has a clear path to the installation location
- It may be necessary for our technician to turn the water off in your home. As such, you may be without water during the installation
- Keep children and pets out of the work area
