We're raising the bar in the commercial flooring industry. Experience, innovative ideas and exceptional work have made Crew2 a leader in the industry.
Choosing the right team to install your new floors is as important as choosing the flooring. The Home Depot and Crew2 make that process easy and worry-free.
Few remodeling projects can change the look and feel of a room like new flooring. With choices ranging from plush carpet to elegant hardwoods, you can easily find the perfect floor for your decor, taste and budget. Crew2 is proud to be a flooring Installation Service Provider to The Home Depot. We install thousands of flooring jobs each year and maintain an average customer survey score of 9.58 (out of 10).
MEASURE & ORDER
To begin the process, you'll work with a Home Depot Store Associate who will arrange an in-home measure consultation. The authorized Measure Service will:
•Measure the entire area requiring new flooring
•Evaluate the existing flooring for damage and levelness
•Determine any special installation requirements or additional materials needed
Based on the measurements taken during your in-home measure consultation, your Home Depot Store Associate will provide you with an estimate for your new flooring. Be sure to talk to the Store Associate about items such as having our installation teams move furniture and/or remove and haul away your existing flooring. Including those items on your order will help the installers be prepared and will lead to a smooth installation experience.
Once your order has been placed at The Home Depot, Crew2 will receive a detailed copy of your order. A Crew2 Customer Service Representative will contact you to schedule your installation date and review with you the full scope of work to be performed. This attention to detail ensures a smooth installation process and a 'Perfect 10' experience for you.
On the day of installation, you can expect your installation crew to arrive on-time with their Home Depot Service Provider badge clearly displayed. They will be respectful of your home and your time and will be prepared with the supplies and materials necessary to complete your job.
