When purchasing new doors, the quality of the product is only as good as the quality of the installation. With over 30 years of installation experience, you can trust that Crew2 will complete your installation to your highest standards. 

Measure & Order

The first step in ensuring a quality installation, is a quality measure. Our professional service provider will come to your home to take accurate measurements for your new doors. 

  • It is important to note that the professional measurer can only evaluate the existing door from a topical perspective. Some unforeseen issues during installation may be discovered during installation which will add to the existing cost and time of the project

The measurement will then be sent to a Home Depot Millwork associate who will prepare a quote for review.


Once you have purchased your installation, a detailed purchase order will be sent to Crew2.  Upon receipt, a Crew2 Project Manager will contact you to review your order and schedule an installation. Your Project Manager will take care of securing any necessary permits prior to the start of your installation.

For special order doors, please allow 3-6 weeks for arrival from the manufacturer.

Once your installation is scheduled, you can sit back, relax, and let Crew2 do the rest. Our management of the process, the products, and the installer will ensure that you receive a "Perfect 10" experience.


On the day of your installation, you can expect an experience that leaves you Extremely Satisfied from Crew2. Most importantly, this includes arriving on time, performing the work with the highest quality of craftsmanship, and cleaning up around the work site once the work is complete.

The installers must pass a rigorous qualification process in order to perform work on behalf of the Home Depot.  Aside from passing background checks, they also hold the proper certifications, licenses, and insurances to perform work in your home. Only those installers who meet all of the requirements receive a Home Depot badge and authorization to work on the behalf of Crew2 and The Home Depot. 


In the days following your installation, you may receive a survey from The Home Depot. It is an opportunity to rate your installation experience with us. Our goal is to provide you with an experience that leaves you feeling Extremely Satisfied and we hope you will rate our installation team as such.
