Searching for the right company to install your countertop can be a little overwhelming. Rest assured you’ve come to the right place. With nearly 30 years of installation experience, there’s simply no better choice than Crew2.

After you've met with a Home Depot store associate to review product options and place your order, your paperwork will be sent to a Crew2 Project Manager. He or She will contact you to schedule an in-home measure appointment. During this appointment, our countertop consultant will discuss your product selection, explain the process and take exact measurements for the countertops to be installed.

Preparing for your measure:

•Clear off your existing countertop or space to allow the measure consultant to capture accurate measurements. This includes removing countertop appliances

•Have your new sink on-site. It may be necessary for the meassure consultant to take your sink to their fabrication facility in order to make the sink cut-out

•Cabinets should be permanently installed prior to the measure appointment

•All appliances (including installed dishwashers) should be in place

Following your measure appointment, your Home Depot store associate will contact you to review any changes to the order based on the measurements captured by our measure consultant.

With your approval, your order will go into production (fabrication). During this phase your new countertop is custom-built for your project based on the specifications created during the measure appointment.

Once your countertops have been fabricated, your Crew2 Project Manager will contact you to arrange the installation.

What you can expect from our installation team:

•The installation team will bring all necessary equipment to complete your project and will arrive during the specified arrival window

•We will remove existing countertop and disconnect plumbing (if service was included)

•Any plumbing reconnections that you have arranged through The Home Depot will be completed the day after the countertop installation.

Our installers will clean up and haul away all project debris after the installation and walk you through a final inspection to ensure our work meets your satisfaction.
